INTRODUCTION
 The outbreak of 2019 novel corona virus has also affected the Nepalese population. Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) is diagnostic laboratory test for confirming diagnosis. complete blood count (CBC) routinely done in patients suffering from any type infection. This provides information to physicians regarding inflammatory process. objective this study was evaluate and find out whether hematologic parameters are a person Covid-19 infections.
 MATERIAL AND METHODS
 prospective 3rd December 2020 February 2021 period two months. All confirmed (COVID-19) with RT-PCR, between days-1 day-15 PCR positivity, whose hematological profile sent pathology department, were studied. studied include total white cells (TLC), differential cell (DLC), hemoglobin platelet counts.
 RESULTS
 Out one hundred (100) RT-PCR positive eighty (80%) male twenty (20%) female. Age group ranged 27 years 94 years. Ninety-four (94%) reveal leukocytosis Ninety-six (96%) showed increased neutrophil count. Fifty-two (52%) anemia platelets normal seventy-eight (78%) cases.
 CONCLUSION
 infection causes changes parameters. Study these significant clinical information.
